Brookhaven also offers special tax incentives to its businesses through the Empire Zone program.  In addition, businesses could benefit from the Industrial Development Agency which offers real property tax abatements, mortgage recording tax exemptions and full sales tax exemptions and much more!

The goal of Economic Development is to build the Town of Brookhaven as the home to many businesses, its' owner and workforce.  Help us keep your family and business affordable and in its rightful place on Long Island!
