Daniel J. Panico, Councilman

Dan Panico was elected to the 6th Town Council District in a special election on March 9, 2010 to fill the seat left vacant by the untimely death of his close friend, and former councilman, Keith Romaine As a recent member of the Brookhaven Town Planning Board, Dan helped shape the character of Brookhaven to ensure that development was done so in a responsible manner. Always with an eye on the taxpayer, the environment, the will of the community and rights of the property owner. As a Senior Deputy County Clerk, Dan has worked cooperatively with the Courts and has managed both Supreme and County Court cases to provide for the orderly and efficient entry and filing of record breaking litigation.
