Foley To Detail Economic Development Vision

JULY 28, 2006, FARMINGVILLE, NY – Brookhaven Town Supervisor Brian X. Foley will announce that new boundaries for the Town of Brookhaven’s Empire Zone recently were approved by the State of New York at a reception Thursday, August 3 at Brookhaven Town Hall

The Empire Zone now has more than 500 new acres of land available for development, making it the premier municipality for industrial development in the metro area.
Supervisor Foley is committed to the continued growth of economic development in Brookhaven, and at the reception he will showcase the town’s Empire Zone and talk about his vision for future economic development in Town.
