Information on Mammogram, Prostate Screenings OCTOBER 19, 2006,

FARMINGVILLE, NY- Brookhaven Town Supervisor Brian X. Foley has announced that in conjunction with the Town Board’s recent resolution regarding mammogram and prostate screening, John T. Mather Memorial Hospital has agreed to send Eillen Swieczkowski, RN, BA, Director of Fortunato Breast Health Center, to the town to provide information and materials to employees.

The Supervisor is requesting that staff be allowed to meet briefly with Ms. Swieczkowski. Meg Shutka, the White Collar Unit President, will accompany Ms. Swieczkowski throughout the building at Independence Hill on Friday, October 20 from 9:15 a.m. to noon.
