REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Constituent Response System (CRS)
Please take notice that the Town of Brookhaven shall make available at the Department of Purchasing, Third Floor, Town Hall, One Independence Hill, Farmingville, NY 11738 a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued pursuant to the provisions of New York State General Municipal Law §120-w for a Constituent Response System (CRS) to facilitate the recording, tracking and resolution of constituent service requests.
The RFP will be available for distribution December 15, 2006 at the Department of Purchasing and on the Town of Brookhaven web site – http://www.brookhaven.org.
The Town of Brookhaven is seeking proposals from qualified Professional Vendors to provide the Town with a software application that will support the implementation of a comprehensive Constituent Response System (CRS). Proposals for both a Town owned, licensed, and maintained solution and an outsourced (hosted) solution will be considered. Additionally, the proposal should include the Professional Services required to implement and configure the CRS. Final proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., close of business, on January 26, 2007.
The Town of Brookhaven invites all qualified Vendors to submit written proposals that clearly explain how their combination of professional services, software and equipment offered will best satisfy the Town’s requirements and operational goals and objectives as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Town of Brookhaven reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all proposals and waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town.
