Brookhaven Town Supervisor Brian X. Foley celebrated Arbor Day by planting a silver beech tree in front of Brookhaven Town Hall last Friday. The tree was dedicated to long-time Planning Department employee Bill James and members of Mr. James's family joined in with the Supervisor and Planning Department Commissioner David Woods, right, and Deputy Commissioner Brenda Prusinowski, left, in the ceremony.
