BROOKHAVEN, NY – Brookhaven Town Councilman Timothy Mazzei recently presented a Certificate of Congratulations to Andrew R. Kerrigan in recognition of his achieving the rank of Eagle Scout – the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America. Kerrigan, the son of George and Dot Kerrigan of Ronkonkoma, is a member of Boy Scout Troop 80. For his Eagle project, Andrew constructed a shelter for animals at the Brookhaven Town Ecology Site in Holtsville.
