Farmingville, NY – Brookhaven Town Councilman Dan Panico welcomed the incoming board of the Center Moriches Watchdog Community Association, Inc.

“I was pleased to have the opportunity to administer the oath of office to this incoming board of directors in Center Moriches,” commented Brookhaven Town Councilman Dan Panico. “Civic participation is a vital part of our democracy and helps shape our communities as they grow.”

The mission statement of the Center Moriches Watchdog Community Association, Inc. states that they are organized to be law abiding in their actions to promote community pride, educate on public safety, public awareness on community issues and concerns, senior and disabled citizens on safety issues and concerns. Support activities relating thereto for the betterment of our quality of life. The association’s motto is: "Together We Can Make A Difference".

Established April 14, 2010 and Incorporated March 17, 2011 as a Not-For-Profit Membership Corporation. Along with the officers and advisory board of directors, they want to have the community participate in any decisions that need to be addressed in the community and keep everyone informed.
