Farmingville, NY - Supervisor Mark Lesko will be joined by Councilwoman Jane Bonner to celebrate the Grand Opening of Singleton’s Seafood Shack at Cedar Beach, the newly renovated restaurant that replaces the former concession stand. The new owners have invested nearly $50,000 into the facility and have created a fabulous outdoor waterfront dining experience with new kitchen and service area equipment, new deck for outside dining, a tent and new landscaping. The restaurant will serve customers with a full menu including seafood favorites like lobsters, crabs, clams and oysters while they dine and enjoy the beautiful views of the Long Island Sound.

Directions: Head north on County Road 83 to Route 25A. Make right on 25A and then turn left onto Pipe Stave Hollow Rd. Bear right at North Country Rd. and continue left on Pipe Stave Hollow Rd. Make left at Harbor Beach Rd. Brookhaven Town’s Cedar Beach and Singleton’s Seafood Shack will be about a half mile on your right.
