Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Jane Bonner joined employees of the Brookhaven Animal Shelter and animal lovers alike to help kick off Fat Cat Tuesday. Fat Cat Tuesday, which is taking place from February 2nd through February 8th is an annual adoption program that promotes and increases awareness of cat adoption in Brookhaven. As an adoption bonus, free spay or neuter is offered for any cat adopted over six months of age along with free food during this adoption campaign.
